About
About Jacob
Jacob has spent more than twenty years where cryptography meets production systems. Jacob was General Manager of Intel's Cybersecurity Center of Excellence, led applied research at JPMorgan and held security leadership at State Street: the inside view of how large, regulated institutions buy, build and run security.
Jacob co-founded SC Square, which was acquired by Broadcom, and holds 23 approved patents across cryptography, security and machine learning. Jacob is Senior Lecturer and Head of Cybersecurity Studies at Tel Aviv University.
At QCT, Jacob leads technical diligence, security architecture and the research thesis, and oversees the technical quality of post-quantum delivery. Jacob also co-founded QDefence, the studio's year-one post-quantum delivery partner, with a NIST PQC contributor; QDefence works with QCT at arm's length.
